The Video 'Single ladies' portrays a variety of shots in order to show her full frame at all times. The main shots that are use are Midshots and long shots this allows the audience to mainly see her body and focus on her body movements. The close up shots are to enable us the audience to see her beauty, something Beyonce is well known for.


The narrative is relevant to what 'Beyonce' is singing about, Beyonce uses strong dance movements to portray her narrative. Her video being indepedent with her and only two fellow dancers is relevant to the lyrics ' Single ladies'


The location of the video is quite plain and low key , it is filmed in a white studio with the focus in being only in black and white, this allows the lighting to be standard and being continuous throughout.
